At Jordan Fabrics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original, unused condition. Please note that cut-to-order fabrics and patterns are generally final sale to ensure the highest quality for all our customers.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that fabric is neatly folded and all notions or kits are complete and unopened.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our Grants Pass, Oregon warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
